On arrival I felt stiff and lethargic. On leaving I feel light, cleansed and tall! Very enjoyable having some me time.

I thought it was wonderful, and invaluable, spending a weekend at Marsh Farm. Very hard to put into words because it was deeply good beyond words. So refreshing to be able to nurture yourself in such a gentle way.

It was amazing how quickly it felt like being far far away on a holiday, and as a complete beginner I found it really easy to join in the classes - although I am sure my yoga was less than perfect! You are a VERY gifted teacher, and a very passionate one, which is a joy to witness. Your love of yoga is very catchy, contagious even. So lovely that you share it. I found this really encouraging and inspiring. It made the weekend enchanting and encapsulating.

As someone who has been on several retreats and had years of therapy, I really appreciated how easy it was to settle into the weekend and gain so much. Powerful stuff. Many thanks!
