Terms & Conditions:
Classes:
After payment, your place in the class is assured and the fee is retained, unless the event is already fully booked, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you wish to change the date of attendance, you can do so by contacting me via email with at least 24 hrs notice, after this period the fee is retained.
Private tuition/Online Skype assistance:
After payment, your private session is assured. Once the date and time have been agreed, if either of us need to reschedule, this can be done any time up to 24hrs before the appointment. After this time, or if the appointment is simply missed, the fee will need to be retained.
Workshops:
After payment, your place on a workshop is assured and the fee is retained, unless the event is already fully booked, in which case you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel, up to 2 weeks before the event you receive a full refund, up to 7 days before you receive a 50% refund, after that the fee will be retained. You can at any time, offer your place to someone else or transfer your payment to an equivalent workshop at a later date, as long as you inform me of this before the day of the workshop,
Retreats & Weekend residential breaks:
When booking with through yogawithmarc.com, your deposit ensures your place on the event and it is non-refundaable unless you book after the event has filled, in which case you will be fully refunded. Balance payments are due from 8 weeks before the event begins. Balance payments are refundable up to 4 weeks before commencement date after which time the full fee will need to be retained. You can however, pass your place on to someone else if you give full details at the time of cancellation. Holidays and retreats run by other companies have their own terms & conditions.
