Cancellations: After your place has been confirmed, deposit amounts cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and cannot be transferred to another retreat, but you have the right to transfer your place to someone else if you inform me of this at the time of cancellation (not after). Balances are due no later than 8 weeks before the course commencement date for weekends, 12 weeks before the course commencement date for longer breaks, or immediately if you are applying after that time. Remaining balance amounts will be refunded only if the cancellation is made before 28 days of the course start date for weekends or 8 weeks before the course start date for longer retreats. After that date, the balance will also need to be retained.
