The mentoring program offers various options for people that would like ongoing support in their yoga journey....
There will be various subscription rates that allow you to immerse to whatever level you wish. All mentoring program hours count towards Certification on the Teacher Training if you are also attending the themed course workshops.

- 1. Join a group that will meet Tuesday evenings 7:00-9:00pm at

for a 2 hour class/workshop exploring the deeper aspects of yoga practice (meets 3 tuesdays of each month). There will be reference to course themes as well as more esotheric practices (pranic systems, kriyas and the like) with the intention of demystifying all aspects of yoga practice. There will also be opportunities to bring up subjects that interest you and share your experiences with the group.

subscription: £60 per 5 consecutive dates or drop in £15 (space permitting)

- 2. A private session every month to zero in on specific issues and solutions (or if you live far away, two Skype sessions over the month to cover the same ground), ongoing telephone and email support to address questions that come up for you as they arise, and 15% discount on retreats, workshops and any additional one to ones.
subscription: £40/month
(booking and paying the first subscription guarantees the first private session - date and time to be arranged - then subsequent subscriptions are paid by standing order)
- 3. Two private sessions/month, with ongoing telephone and email support. This also qualifies you for a third off the Tuesday class (@ £10) 20% discount on retreats, course workshops, and additional one to ones are virtually half price at £25.
