Understanding the breath is the key to understanding the physical practise of yoga.  Embodying that understanding in a natural way is one of the purposes of pranayama. One of my  aims  is to use these  Friday sessions to help unveil the nature of breathing, as well as to explore the relationship that it has with providing natural support within our posture work.  This will naturally lead on to the more subtle and deep aspects of the work, which I will then organise into a course.

This is deep and transformative work, and you will need to have worked with me before to attend.
