If you are wishing to pay a single supplement or if close enough to the date to require balance payment, simply make the appropriate choice from the drop down list ... If you are booking within two months of the course commencement date, please pay both deposit and balance. If you would like a room to yourself you can secure one (subject to availability) by paying the single supplement, if there is no single occupacy available you will of course be refunded your £35 - if you would only come on condition of single occupancy, please check with me before booking as deposits are non refundable |

Alternatively you can fill in a printable booking form and send me a personal cheque (Postal address on the form) If you would like to check with me that there is a place for you on the course date you are interested in, or if you would like to check there is a single accommodation option available before booking, please email me by clicking here together with the dates you are interested in. Please note, Terms and conditions apply, and by booking on a course by making a payment you are agreeing to those terms and conditions: (see below)... Terms and conditions:. Deposits: Paying a deposit guarantees you a place only if there is one available .. in the case of two people booking the last place, it will simply be the first payment received that will receive the place on the course. If you have booked after the course has filled you will of course be fully refunded, or you can defer your deposit to another retreat if you so wish. Cancellations: After your place has been confirmed, deposit amounts cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and cannot be transferred to another retreat, but you have the right to transfer your place to someone of your chosing if you inform me of this at the time of cancellation (not after). Balances are due no later than 8 weeks before the course commencement date for weekends, 12 weeks before the course commencement date for longer breaks, or immediately if you are applying after that time. Balance amounts are refundable only if cancellation is made before 28 days of the course start date for weekends or 8 weeks before the course start date for longer retreats. After that date, the balance will also need to be retained. |
