My favorite teaching environment is the yoga retreat - it gives people a rare opportunity to experience the direct benefit that daily focussed practise can bestow on body mind and soul. I always try to find lovely places to hold retreats as I feel a nurturing environment, good company and gorgeous food are an essential part of the experience. It also gives me time to help reveal student's specific needs and assist with developing a practice based on the individual, so that each student can take away an understanding that will serve as a foundation for the next leg of their very personal journey ... |
