Developing a regular practice is essential... a weekly class offers the space to dedicate time to yourself without the usual distractions, and will hopefully inspire you to practise what you discover.
  My classes are appropriate for anyone  interested in finding depth in their yoga practise.  I like to be informative as well as holding the space for you do develop your awareness.  Over time, attending classes with me will give you practical and experiential understanding of the functional relationships between the body's structures, the movements of breathing and the role of gravity in posture work.
