there is a regular Tuesday evening 2 hour session (usually 3 tuesdays/month - see below for dates) for dedicated practitioners and teachers... There will be reference to course themes as well as more esotheric practices (pranic systems, kriyas and the like) with the intention of demystifying all aspects of yoga practice. There will also be opportunities to bring up subjects that interest you and share your experiences with the group. more info here
